It takes about 10 days for to be produced after payment is confirmed.

It takes about 7 days for to be produced after payment is confirmed.

■ Other products
We will arrange shipping within 5 working days after the payment is confirmed.

■ Delivery delay
Once the item is sent (from Japan), it can takes more or less time to be delivered regarding the delivery address

■ Returns
Cornouiller n’accepte pas de retour

■ Exchange
If the product is delivered in bad state or broken, it can be replaced.

Please contact us via info@cornouiller.co within 3 days after delivery.
We will then contact you with the procedure to follow.
Please return the good in the 5 days following the procedure mail (post stamped will proove the sending date). If the good is sent more than 5 days after the procedure mail is received, the exchange won’t be accepted.

※The shipping cost for the return will be handled by the customer

※The shipping cost for the exchanged item will be handled by Cornouiller
As soon as we receive a returned product, we will ship a replacement product.
If the product is out of stock and cannot be replaced, we will refund it.
If the product is in stock, it will not be refunded, but only exchanged.
